If you plan to have any contractors on- site, including a filming crew, in the common areas of the Cicada building, please contact the Facilities Manager, AJ (aj@cicadainnovations.com), to initiate the WHS compliance process. This includes submitting a risk assessment, along with current public liability and workers' compensation certificates.
If the activities are to take place outside the NIC on Mirvac property, the same process and documentation will be required. Additionally, you must provide 12 hours' notice to Mirvac via Cicada Innovations, sign a licence agreement, and be aware that a fee may apply.
