Concierge- Welcoming guests, mail, lost property

As a resident of Cicada Innovations you have access to our concierge services, where our Office and Reception Manager provides personalised assistance and support to your business.

This service ranges from:

  • Welcome and Check-In: All visitors are welcome to approach the front desk located on the ground level. Upon arrival the resident will be contacted by phone or via email to be informed that their guests have arrived and are waiting in the atrium.
  • Mail and Package Handling: All residents are welcome to have deliveries sent to Cicada Innovations where they will be collected at the front desk and stored in the mail room located on the ground floor.
  • Lost Property: For any lost items found in the building please hand it into the front desk on the ground level, where it will be held in a secure space.
  • In-coming calls: Cicada Innovations can be contacted on: (02) 9209 4444 and if any calls come through to the front desk they can be redirected to your business.
