On submission of personal details, headshots and successful completion of the induction, residents will have a personalised Jumar building access card generated for them and available for collection at security the day after induction completion. These cards provide entry to both the CSL Melbourne building and the Jumar facility, they are managed by CSL security.
It is essential to always keep your access card with you for access to the ground floor and Jumar spaces. You must have your security card with you when you are present in any Jumar or CSL spaces, if you do not have your card, you may be sent to CSL security. In the event of losing your card, please promptly inform security at the office next to CSL Reception on the ground floor. Security will issue you a new card and deactivate the lost one. If you forget your card, you can request a temporary day pass from security on arrival on site which must be returned at the end of the day.
You must swipe your Jumar pass each time upon entry/exit to the building. Failure to do so will result in the card being deactivated. In the event of this please head to security, located behind CSL reception on the ground floor, who will assist with card reactivation.
Replacement cards will be subject to a charge of $25.00.
Each card is assigned to an individual for their exclusive use; it is strictly prohibited to give or lend your card to anyone else. Violation of this policy may result in restricted or revoked access for the individual(s) involved.
Air Keys
In addition to the Jumar building access pass, residents will receive an Air Key from Jumar. This card provides access to their designated office and/or lab space, with access control managed by the Jumar team.
Each resident will be assigned a unique Air Key, and in the event of loss, it is crucial to inform Jumar Reception promptly. A replacement key can be issued, though there may be associated costs. It is strictly prohibited to share your key with others or to borrow another person’s key. Each key is assigned to an individual for their exclusive use.
