Cicada has a range of meeting, training, and event spaces for you to use and access.
There are 4 meeting rooms that are free for residents to book anytime via an online booking system Robin. You will receive access to Robin via an email invitation during your facilities induction.
The rooms specifications are:
- Blue Moon (GF) Up to 12 people, screen, camera for video conferencing facilities), whiteboards
- Yellow Monday (L1) 6 people. Screen, HDMI connection, whiteboard
- Orange Emperor (L1) 4 people. Whiteboard only
- Green Grocer (L1) 4 people. Whiteboard only
- Please note these rooms can be booked for recurring meetings and for up to 2 hours. For any meetings longer than 2 hours please email: reception@cicadainnovations.com or visit the front desk

Community Boardroom: 12 people maximum capacity - Half day $280+GST or Full day $500+ GST
Double Boardroom: 26 people maximum capacity - Half day $450+GST or Full day $800+GST
Seminar room: Half day $640+GST, Full day $800 +GST or Evening $1,000 +GST
Atrium space (only available in the evening): $3000 + GST
