The Event Journey: What to Expect

While the 2026 program is sharper and moves faster into substance, these 2025 archives provide the best sense of the event’s energy and flow.

• Note: For 2026, we are reclaiming time for deeper networking and an earlier finish, so the agenda won’t be exactly the same. However, this is a great indicative guide for the flow of the day.
• The Deep Tech Village Guide: Your demo area is not just a stall; it is a "collision zone" for serendipitous connections with first believers and backers.
• Stalls are 60 cm2 (not very big)
• We will provide a sign with your logo to mark your area. Please do not bring banners (not enough space & they are a tripping hazard)
• We recommend that you bring:
• Any products or devices you wish to demo
• A laptop for presentations/video demos
• Business cards / flyers / fact sheets
• Staff for the table aren’t required, but we recommend you might head over to your area during breaks for attendees to find you for a chat

• Founder VIP Day: Held on 8th September (the day before the main event), this is your private space to connect with your cohort, run technical checks, and sharpen your story with the Cicada team.
