Waste Management
- Used printer cartridges and old batteries can be disposed of in the dedicated bins located next to the printer through suite 105.
- The cleaners will empty your bins each day but you are responsible for any excess waste.
- Please flatten cardboard boxes and other excess rubbish to dispose of in the bins behind the building.
- Communal general waste and recycling bins are located near the main entrance of the atrium.
- An E-Waste bin is also available to use located in through the service passage to dispose of any computer equipment, electronic devices, phones, monitors, laptops ect. Please see reception for the key to access this bin.
Biological waste
- Cicada Innovations provides all residents access to biological waste bins located outside in the rear compound.
- To access the biological waste bins please see the front desk to collect the biological waste key and scale.
- Residents will need to fill out the bio waste form at the front desk and will be charged monthly for the waste collection based on how many kilos you dispose.
