What concierge services are available at Cicada?

As a resident of Cicada Innovations you have access to our concierge services, where our Community Coordinator provides personalised assistance and support to your business.


This service ranges from:

Welcome and Check-In: All visitors check in at the front desk with the Community Coordinator. Upon arrival the resident will be contacted by phone or via email to be informed that their guests have arrived and are waiting in the atrium.


Mail and Package Handling: All residents are welcome to have deliveries sent to the HealthTech Hub where they will be collected at the front desk and stored securely.


Lost Property: For any lost items found in the building please hand it into the front desk, where it will be held in a secure space.
