We have a range of meeting, training, and event space at Cicada for you to use and access
We have 4 meeting rooms that are free for residents to book anytime via an online booking system Robin. The rooms specifications are:
- Blue Moon (GF) Up to 14 people, screen, camera for video conferencing facilities), whiteboards
- Yellow Monday (L1) 6 people. Screen, HDMI connection, whiteboard
- Orange Emperor (L1) 4 people. Whiteboard only
- Green Grocer (L1) 4 people. Whiteboard only
Please note these rooms can be booked for recurring meetings and for up to 2 hours. Anything more needs to be booked through reception but free of charge.
The rest of the meeting rooms/venues are priced the following way:
- Community Boardroom Up to 12 people (available 9am-5pm) - Half day $500 | Full day $800 (20% discount for residents) Room hire only
- Double Boardroom Up to 26 people (available 9am-5pm) - Half day $700 | Full day $1200 (20% discount for residents) Room hire only
- Seminar space (available 8am-8pm) - Half day $900 | Full day $1700 | Evening $1000 + gst. This does not include costs for catering, waitstaff, cleaning
- Atrium space (only available in the evening) - $3000 + gst. This does not include costs for catering, waitstaff, cleaning
