Over two intensive days, participants will work with healthcare experts to identify unmet needs, conduct market analysis, refine their business model, and address key commercial considerations. This program equips innovators with the strategy and insights needed to accelerate their innovation journey and meet market demands.
Program Structure: Twice a year, 2-day in person workshop and 3 x individual coaching sessions.
